There's an old saying:"DON'T BELIEVE THE HYPE!"

There are those that wants one to perceive and think the worst about young black men and women in Chicago with all of it's problems.

Such misconceptions creates negatives in the minds of those who haven't taken out the time to fact check the image of the so-called underdogs meaning those goal-oriented-graduating going to college young black men and women that will become business and civic leader's in American society.

CONFUSED......?

Want to say sorry for not blogging for a minute.Been very busy with new writing project.

I had to stop my project for a minute because"I'M CONFUSED?"It amazes me how situations in Chicago are going.77 more people shot and 12 dead over the weekend of last week.And now protest groups are highly pissed! Which is very very understandable.Okay....now,correct me if I'm wrong?

Isn't the trouble on the south-side quite a few miles from where the protest rally they put together?

So...why did all the sponsors of the rally,protest on the Gold-Coast LakeShore Drive, leaving  the thugs to run free and continue to commit more gun violence and black-on-black terrorism on the poor innocent folks in the community?


VERY CONFUSED.......?

NOW THE NEXT LEVEL

There's a ripple effect to everything we do or let be done in our communities.

If we sit back and continue to let BLACK-ON-BLACK TERRORISM evolve....

The ripple effect which is chaos evolves into something much more sinister.

Opening doors to acts that have been suppressed and is now awaken,killing our young black females on the South-side of Chicago.....

CHAOS ONLY BREEDS MORE CHAOS!!!!!

WE CAN PRAY TO THE LORD.....

BUT WITHOUT FAITH IN OUR COMMUNITIES.AND TAKING A STAND TO STOP CHAOS......


THOSE PRAYERS WILL GO UNANSWERED........

A SCENARIO OF CHANGE

Two impulsive teens have a beef with one another.

Both teens are influenced by the streets.And this (INFLUENCE) says; "TO TAKE ACTION!"

by means of a gun....

Suddenly a responsible adult steps in between the confrontation and this (CHANGE) says; "WHY....DON'T YOU TWO CATS TRY THIS?"

"TAKE YOUR ACTIONS.BUT....THIS TIME WITHOUT THE GUN."

Both young men think about what the O.G. said,frown at each other and walk away......


INFLUENCES CAN BE STRONG....

BUT JUST A SMALL CHANGE CAN BE POWERFUL!!

IT'S SOOOO....EASY!!!!

It's so easy to influence the minds of poor blacks and whites.

WE HAVE FOCUSED ALL OUR ATTENTION ON A VERY RICH ACTRESS,A VERY RICH POLITICIAN AND A VERY VERY VERY RICH ABC NETWORK.....


Leaving them laughing at us poor folks saying: "SEE HOW EASY IT IS."

NO CODES NO MORE.....

BACK IN THE DAY IN THE JEFF FORT,WILLIE LIOYD AND LARRY HOOVER ERA

There was a code of the streets which were enforced and stated: that no civilians were ever if possible to be caught up in our BUSINESS!!!

Especially children because these cats had kids of their own....

WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE IN THE TEXAS SCHOOL SHOOTINGS AND THE CHICAGO SOUTH-SIDE STREET SHOOTINGS

NONE!!

OUR YOUNG PEOPLE BLACK AND WHITE ARE KILLING EACH OTHER AND WE WISE EXPERIENCED OLDER PEOPLE ARE SITTING BACK IN SILENCE......

PLEASE....LET'S HELP ALL OUR KIDS  "PLEASE"


BECAUSE ALL THEIR LIVES MATTER!!
